Russia have a few Central Radio Communication Centres in a GRU structure. Near Moscow, near Orenburg, near Chita and near Komsomolsk-on-Amur. They work partially in Morse Code.

The Pip is a shortwave radio station that broadcasts on the frequency 5448 kHz by day, and 3756 kHz during the night. It broadcasts short, repeated beeps at a rate of around 50 per minute, for 24 hours per day.
